Most importantly, Dippin' Dots are made from fresh dairy ingredients flavored with a variety of fun, fruity, enticing and even exotic flavors. Those ingredients are frozen almost instantly in liquid nitrogen, a common element in the atmosphere used commercially for flash freezing.
