be bound by the following terms of use. Please review the following terms

term "BizDays.com", "BizDays", "us" or "our" refers to Jnetus, Inc., the legal
name of the owner of the Web site. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer
of our Web Site.
1. Acceptance of Agreement.

("Agreement") with respect to our site (the "Site"). This Agreement between
BizDays.com and you constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and

services provided by or through BizDays.com, and the subject matter of this
agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time

2. Copyright.

digital conversion and other matters related to BizDays.com are protected under
applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not
limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or
publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly
prohibited, except as allowed by the following:
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license (a) to
access and use the Site strictly in accordance with this agreement; (b) to use
BizDays.com solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes; and (c) to
print out discrete information from BizDays.com solely for internal, personal,
non-commercial purposes and provided that you maintain all copyright and other
policies contained therein. No print out or electronic version of any part of
the site or its contents may be used by you in any litigation or arbitration

through the Site, your use of the Site, including your use of the Site to
provide a link to another Site or to upload content or other information to the
Site, or your violation of the Agreement or any applicable laws or the rights of
another.
5. Links
The Site may provide links that reference or link to other World Wide Web sites
or resources. BizDays.com has no control over such sites and resources, and you
acknowledge and agree that BizDays.com is not responsible for the content or
information contained therein. BizDays.com cannot and does not guarantee,
represent, or warrant that the content or information contained in such
third-party sites is accurate, legal and/or inoffensive. BizDays.com does not
endorse the content or information of any third-party site or resource, and
further does not warrant that such sites or resources will not contain viruses
or otherwise impact your computer. By using the Site to link to another site,
you agree and understand that BizDays.com shall not be responsible or liable,
directly or indirectly, for any damages or loss caused or alleged to be caused
by or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, the Site to link to
another site. If you encounter any problems with the site itself, please contact
us.
6. Advertisers.
The Site may contain advertising and sponsorships. Advertisers and sponsors are
responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Site is
accurate and complies with applicable laws. We are not responsible for the
illegality or any error, inaccuracy or problem in the advertiser's or sponsor's

7. Modifications to Site.
BizDays.com reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or
discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site (or any part thereof) with or
without notice. You agree that BizDays.com shall not be liable to you or to any
third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.
8. Registration/Purchase.
Certain sections of, or offerings from, the Site may require you to register. If
registration is requested, you agree to provide us with accurate, complete
registration and/or purchase information. Your registration must be done using
accurate information. Each registration is for your personal use only. We do not
permit (a) any other person using the registered sections under your name; or
(b) access through a single name being made available to multiple users on a

9. Payments.
You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us that (a)
any credit information you supply is true and complete, (b) charges incurred by
you will be honored by your credit card company, and (c) you will pay the

10. Back-Up, Errors, Corrections and Changes.
BizDays.com is not liable for any lost data resulting from the operation of our
Site and/or the enforcement of the Agreement and is not obligated to maintain
back-up copies of any contributed content and materials or e-mail messages. You
understand and agree that BizDays.com may release information about you if
required by law or subpoena, or if the information is necessary or appropriate
to release to address an unlawful or harmful activity. We do not represent or
warrant that the Site will be error-free, free of viruses or other harmful
components, or that defects will be corrected. We do not represent or warrant
that the information available on or through the Site will be correct, accurate,
timely or otherwise reliable. We may make changes to the features, functionality
or content of the Site at any time. We reserve the right in our sole discretion

further cannot ensure that the files you download from the Site will be free of
viruses, Trojan horses, bugs, contamination, or destructive features.

Site is done solely at your own discretion and risk, and BizDays.com will not be
liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Site, including,

12. Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that BizDays.com shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but
not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other
intangible losses (even if BizDays.com has been advised of the possibility of
such damages), resulting from: (a) the use or the inability to use the Site; (b)
the cost of procurement of substitute goods or services resulting from any
goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received
or transactions entered into through or from the Site; (c) unauthorized access
to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (d) statements or conduct of any
third party on the Site; or (e) any other matter relating to the Site or the
